- Do not claim avatar or any parts as yours. Please contact each asset creator or visit their links if you would like to use them on your own. Do not take any assets from this model.
- Please do not leak/trade/resell/rip any package
- Do not make public, Private use only
- No sharing package (that includes friends, family, significant others, etc.)
- Please do not chargeback on Gumroad. As these are digital goods, they cannot be returned. If you have any issues, contact me directly.
- This package is only good for the party who purchases the product. If you are gifting a product to others, make sure to include their information during purchase.
- If you are commissioning someone with this avatar, the customer and editor must own the model/asset and show me who they are commissioning from for approval before sending the package. Without prior approval, you are breaching my TOS.
- With the most recent changes, you may use my products on other platforms such as ChilloutVR, Neos, etc.
- You may use my avatars on social media (yt, tiktok, twitch,etc.) but must credit me. ie. Elaria by seakaii.gumroad.com or Elaria by seakaii#2222
